Responsibilities:
Keeps buildings and grounds in clean and orderly condition.
Maintains equipment and tends furnace, air conditioner, and boiler to provide heat, cool air, and hot water by performing the following (not requiring journeyman skills) duties.
Treats others with respect, courtesy and tact and promote an environment that encourages diversity and inclusion Inspect and service equipment and appliances on preventative maintenance program Perform as needed janitorial duties; sweep, mop, wax, vacuum, etc.
Communicate building maintenance needs to supervisor:
painting, plumbing, wiring, etc.
Provide daily and weekly routine maintenance:
work orders, lights, replace filters, etc.
Complete seasonal grounds maintenance:
mow, trim shrubs, clear snow, remove debris, etc.
Provide relief support for Maintenance Supervisors as needed Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor Maintain compliance with all agency policies and procedures Competencies:

Computer proficiency (Gmail) High school diploma or GED requiredand the ability to read at an 8th Grade level 3 months related experience or training, basic skills with manual and electric tools required Must complete Direct Support Person training within 120 days of hire Physical Requirements:
