The administrative duties include the following:
Contacting businesses to obtain restitution information through written letters and/or telephone communication Scanning restitution information in case management system Providing restitution information to Asst.
State's Attorney handling case Sending restitution information to Circuit Clerk Contacting mental healthcare providers by phone Scanning mental health cases in case management system Respond to public inquiries either in person or by phone Open and maintain case files by entering reports, documents, and witness information Prepare and issue court notices to police officers Accurately file documents into files Assist in opening Matter files Close out case files in case management system The clerk will perform other clerical duties as needed and should have the ability to multitask with attention to detail.
Required skills:
Clerical and office skills Familiar with current office equipment Proficient in Word and Excel Ability to organize and prioritize workload Ability to meet all deadlines adequately and efficiently Position requires 40 hours per week- Monday through Friday, from 8:
