Responsibilities:
In conjunction with Residential Direct Support Persons, provides supervision, self-care training and therapeutic activities while fostering independence, to residents of a home for persons with developmental disabilities by performing the following duties.
Treats others with respect, courtesy and tact and promote an environment that encourages diversity and inclusion Provide direct care to meet physical, emotional, and behavioral needs of the individuals on and off site, in accordance to individuals Implementation Strategies (IS) and Behavior Support Plan (BSP) Provide safe transportation of individuals utilizing agency vehicles Assist in preparing meals in accordance to their dietary orders Develops household schedules and budget, monitors and revises as needed Responsible for meal planning, inventory, grocery shopping, preparation and serving of meals Assists with personal budget preparation.
Oversees distribution of individual weekly personal allowances and household funds.
Financial reporting of residents funds as required Responsible for the CILA checking account.
Keeps detailed financial records Maintains charts for each individual resident Participates in development of individual program plans, attends meetings and reports individuals progress Accompanies residents to doctors' appointments, and reports results to RSM.
Oversee staff schedule and fringe requests.
Submit staff time sheets weekly to RSM.
Be available to address scheduling concerns after hours and weekends.
Utilize the computer systems for data entry and electronic communication Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor Maintain compliance with all agency policies and procedures Competencies:
